Tiene parcelas separadas, con toma corrientes, luz, mesa, bancos, parrilla e incluso algunas con fiambreras y zona techada. Hay varias piletas por el predio y al lado de los ba\u00f1os hay dos con agua caliente, buen\u00edsimo para lavar. Agua caliente 24h en las duchas, espejos, ba\u00f1os limpios con lugares donde apoyar las cosas. Los chicos de seguridad siempre est\u00e1n disponibles ante cualquier eventualidad y es muy seguro. Tiene una proveeduria y un bar donde ofrecen desayunos y comidas.\nEs cerca del centro, para ingresar hay que subir por una calle bastante empinada por lo que algunos veh\u00edculos tal vez no lleguen.
